Dawud Ibsa, actual name Firew Ibsa, is Chairman of the Oromo Liberation Front. Dawud Ibsa born in Abuna village, Horro Guduru District in Welega in 1952.As per a report by Walta, Dawud Ibsa who is the leader of OLF reportedly said that he will not disarm his fighters.
