Dagne Walle’s New Song “Ere Hagere” Is a Tribute to Ethiopia

The YouTube channel Dagne Walle posted new music in September 2026, and the video titles spell the name Dagne Wale. YeneVibe lists an official lyrics video titled “Dagne Wale – Ere Hagere | ኧረ ሀገሬ – New Ethiopian Music 2026 ( official Lyrics Video ),” with a published date of September 17, 2026. The same channel title style appears on “Dagne Wale – Addis Ababa | አዲስ አበባ – New Ethiopian Music 2026 (Official Lyrics Video).” YeneVibe’s page for the Ere Hagere clip carries a 2026 publishing copyright line in the name Dagne Wale.

The video title prints the Amharic name ኧረ ሀገሬ. As ordinary words, that phrase reads “oh, my country.” The same Dagne Walle channel also carries a 2024 official video titled “Dagne Walle – Wond Lij Korete,” with the Amharic ወንድ ልጅ ቆረጠ. The title calls it new Ethiopian music from 2024.

YeneVibe’s weekly chart, updated on September 27, 2026, listed the Addis Ababa lyrics video at 1,532,593 views, with a listed gain of 423,887. It listed the Ere Hagere lyrics video at 1,248,022 views, with a listed gain of 326,387. Those figures are the ones YeneVibe printed on that date.
